In January of 2019, Rome C. Dias, CEO of Moving Help Center, a privately-held, multinational moving labor company based in Houston, TX, launched Ayudantes Mudanzas in Monterrey, Nuevo León.

“I have been living and moving around in Mexico off and on for several years, sometimes having to hire movers in Mexico myself - no bueno!” remarked Rome when asked about his decision to open moving labor services in Monterrey NL.
“Some of the men look like they rarely move off their own couch on their free-time. There’s simply no standards (or incentive) for the movers. This project had to be done - ASAP” Rome said as he starting his business campaign .

After talking with community leaders in Mitras Poniente, Ayudantes Mudanzas got its first boost of customers directly from word of mouth - from there, snowball effect occurred in the new community where small families are buying their starter home.
